“Super Soul” Your Sunday Morning in Sausalito
Join an awe-inspiring yoga hike with live music.
What better way to start your day than basking in the beauty of Sausalito’s breathtaking views and celebrating your well-being. Join yoga instructor Lisa Rueff and live musician Jess Johnson for a “super soul” yoga hike on February 7 at 10 a.m.
The hike starts at the Fort Cronkhite parking lot at Rodeo Beach and ends at a hilltop platform. On your way up, you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic coastal and bay views, and once you get to the platform, there will be a flowing yoga class with live music from singer and songwriter Jess Johnson. All levels of yoga are welcome.
Bring a yoga mat and be sure to dress in layers. Early sign-ups are encouraged, however, you can arrive at the parking lot at 10 a.m. to be included. For questions or to RSVP contact Lisa Rueff.
