Have you had the desire to go camping but felt held back by factors like comfort and food? Well, this classes will alleviate one of those misconceptions, because the truth is that you can eat pretty well while out in nature. That’s right, you won’t be resigned to jerky and Clif bars! Come out to Point Reyes this weekend, learn to pack the ideal outdoor kitchen for any type of adventure, and find out which backcountry stoves and fuels are right for a variety of length/size trips. This monthly class offers a series of tips, resources, recipes, and includes a beautiful backcountry setting, short hike, and gourmet cooked lunch.
